Who are We?
Being Bedouin is not just a way of life — it’s who we are. A life where nature teaches you everything: how to read the land, find water in the heat, cook with herbs, and live simply but fully. We grew up in tents, caves, and open skies — herding goats, caring for camels, and learning the desert like a second skin.
We were born here — in the silence of the desert, under the stars, with the mountains as our neighbours and the sand as our home.
Our lives may be simple, but they are full. We share what we have, even if it’s little. We welcome strangers like family. And we hold tightly to the traditions passed down from our fathers and grandfathers — songs, stories, and deep respect for the land.
At Wadi Rum Caravan Tours, our goal is simple: to guide you through this land with honesty, warmth, and the same respect we’ve always had for it. When you hike with us, you’re not just ticking off sights — you’re experiencing the desert the way we grew up knowing it.
This is more than a job for us. It’s our heritage. And we’re proud to share it with you. Every trip is personal. Whether you’re with us for a day or a week, we want you to feel like you’re walking with friends — not just guides.
Our team speaks Arabic, English, German, Italian and Maltese fluently, and we’re always happy to translate stories, traditions, and small details so nothing gets lost.
If you have any questions or just want to say hello — we’re here.
We hope to welcome you soon!
